I am having a little trouble with my indoor hydroponic cucumbers (Boston pickling). Heres the info…
Room temp. is 79-83 I’m using a 10g recirculating bubble-ponics system with 30mins on 30mins off feeding cycle on using GH nuits in the "transition to blooming" cycle. Lighting is tube florescent 1/2 65k 1/2 27k. If the picture below wont work heres whats happening… Some of the lower leaves are starting to turn light green and spotting w/dry brown spots. the more sever leaves are dry and brown in large spots curing up and eventually dieing… It resembles heat stress or not being watered enough…. however I cant believe this as the new growth is CRAZY! these plants are growing and climbing at about 6in a day, and the new growth is lush and green. Roots are healthy looking and very large. I may be feeding them too much as cucs don’t really like too much water, however bubble-ponics are usually on all day…

I want to grow some indoor plants for my cats, I hear it is good for their digestive systems. I would like to know what plants are safe for them and which are not safe. Maybe some plants they like more than others? Anything will help. Thanks!!!

The tank is 45 gallons. Because it’s indoor, I’m not looking to do any serious fish farming. I’ll be growing herbs, leafy vegetables, and eventually peppers and tomatoes once the system is well established. My question is what fish work well with the system? I’m guessing filtration isn’t as great compared to using an actual filter, but because this isn’t large scale system, I’m not looking to raise tilapia, catfish, or bass, ect. What fish work well in this system that are standard maintenance and also very fun to have?

its a 14 watt led panel 12 by 12 inches i want to use it to grow coral in a ten gallon it has 112 blue 450 nm leds and 113 white leds together they produce 1401 lux is it bright enough for coral. the light is a multi use panel either for growing plants indoor or for fish tanks

I need to grow my own medical marijuana due to law changes in Montana recently.
For a week out of each month I travel for business and would not be able to tend to my plants.

I am a first time grower and definitely still learning so cut me some slack. My plan is to buy a 39inx39inx7ft grow tent with white reflective insides in the corner of my room. Inside i plan on getting a 3×3 ebb and flow system inside and hanging lights (not sure what type or wattage light yet).
Questions:
Does that sound like an acceptable indoor grow system?
Around how many "plants" can I grow with a 3×3?
Do the plants start (seed or clone) and FINISH in the ebb and flow???
Do you have any special recommendations for Equipment?
And do I need a cloning system and does it also need to be in the grow tent or can it be in normal light???

Has Anyone Ever Used The GlowPanel 45 By Sunshine Systems?
I just got one for my indoor garden. I put it inside a 4×4x6 room with aluminum foil covering all the walls, the floor & the ceiling to reflect as much of the light as possible. Putting 4 plants inside. Has anyone ever used this LED setup before? If so, what were your results? Should I invest in a bigger one or just stick to HPS & Metal Halide lighting? Thanks
